How Two Can! How To Embrace Job Sharing In Our Industry

This session aims to give colleagues from across the sector an insight into how Lauren Patman and Anna-Maria Casson of TwoCan Stage Manage have worked to help producers, directors, designers and the wider off-stage team embrace working with job-sharing CSMs.

In this session, Lauren will lay out how she and her job-share partner split their workload, how they handover to ensure continuity, what comms they use and how financially it has proved to be largely cost-neutral to producers.

Lauren will outline the benefits of having a senior role as a job share and provide evidence and testimonials. There will be opportunity for questions and discussion throughout.
