Who can attend?

PLASA Focus Leeds is a trade event open to anyone who works, or who has an interest, in the entertainment technology industry.  Children under the age of 16 will not be permitted, however, students of senior school age (11+) may attend for educational purposes if accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult. 

Is the show free to attend?

Entry is completely free of charge, including the seminar programme, audio demos and training sessions.  

How do I receive my badge?

Once you have registered, you will receive a confirmation containing your badge which you can print at home and bring with you. If you are unable to print it, a limited number of staff will be available to help you on the door. 

Can I bring my pet?

Animals are not permitted, except for guide dogs.

Is the event accessible for those with disabilities?

PLASA Focus Leeds requires that all exhibitors ensure exhibition stands are easily accessible to visitors using wheelchairs. Read about accessibility at Royal Armouries.

Are seminars free to attend?

Yes, seminars are free to attend. Please note that the seminar programme is very popular so arrive in good time!

Can I conduct business at the show?

Procurement of business or distribution of materials by non-exhibitors is prohibited. Violators will be removed from the show.

Is there Wi-Fi?

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the halls, simply enter your email address to log in. 

Is there a cloakroom at the show?

Royal Armouries offers lockers which require a £1 coin to operate. This fee is non-refundable.

Where can I buy food?

Royal Armouries runs the Master's Cafe on the ground floor. Alternatively, the local area offers various cafes and bars and there is a local supermarket just around the corner. Plus, during good weather, you'll find street food vendors between the two show halls. 

Can I take photos at the show?

Yes, you may take photos at the show, however, filming/photography of individual stands is not permitted without prior consent from the exhibitors.

Is there a safe space at the show?

You can find the EventWell Hub on the first floor of the Royal Armouries, where you can seek support and take a quiet break. 

How do I report misconduct at the show?

If you experience or witness anything of concern at PLASA Focus Leeds, please follow the advice in our conduct and anti-harrassment statement.
